  There is one GLARING truth that we can deduce from Martin Amidu's position all this while that this judgement debt monster of a shame thing of NDC'S Agbesi Woyome came up.It simply portrays Martin Amidu as a CLEAN person as far as this NDC loot , share and corruption are concerned.Otherwise, if there were any scandalous and corrupt activities that he[Martin Amidu] was involved previously, he would have been exposed by now.   I used to like this woman (EC Chair) but of late she and her team are taking certain decisions which can be dangerous to the country. Why recount votes if results too close? There are systems in place that ensure that everything has gone on well so why try to put the whole country under tension. She and her team should always do broad consultations, both formal and informal to solicit views on the way forward on such critical and sensitive issues or else it will be too bad to amend.

  To hear about recount in some countries and ignorantly say you will do same in Ghana is simply being ignorant of the law,I wonder what she means by too close,in the last election we had Titus Glover beating Ofosuware of just three votes but there was no recount we know of or no noise by Ofosuware to overturn the results or otherwise,likewise in recent party primaries.
  She needs to come out to explain to Ghanaians what she means by too close and what she means by recount.

  Everything anout crazy Charlotte Olatundi is doubtful. She is a law unto herself and disrepecting structures of government; the Executive. the Judiciary and the Legislature, all equal arms of government but separate. The there is no law in the constitution that arrogates the power to recount ballot papars when the results are too close to the Electoral Commission. Recounts are in the ambit of the dissatisfied party or parties. Even so, it does not call for recounting the whole lot, its just a local or affected constituency where the aggrieved party feels cheated. I call on all constitutional lawyers to get together, study the lsws on elections, the role of tbe EC its powers and limitations. The Supreme Court should wade in to stop this crazy Nigerian from throwing Ghana into a state of anarchy. There is something not right with this litegant and talkstive Charlotte socalled Osei. And yet mahama says jobs for Ghanaians. This is a position that could have gone to a bonafide Ghanaian. Where is mahama's love of country? Why does he prefer foreigners to Ghanaians? Throw him out with your thumb come Dec 7, 2016. Mahama is selfish. We are losing our country to foreign interests because of his personal gains. A snake in the "garden of Eden." This is pay to play. Its a criminal act that can send him mahama to jail at tbe appropriate time in court. Stop the confusion NPP and the opposition parties. Mahama can not hold himself as the ocvupant of the presidency if by Janusry 7, 2027, we do not have an elections. He will have to step down and hand over the reigns of government to hief Justice. I ask constitutional law expects to study the laws and possible alternatives to forestall any confusion. Charlotte Osei, ndc and mahama must be told. The sitting parliament can not pass any laws to amend the constitution, except the incoming psrliament of 2017.

  In 2012, the EC took down its page after the results were showing clearly Akufo Addo was winning and had won.
  Then things started happening, Mahama issued a statement that the regulation NVNV captured in the CI should be flouted, then the machines developed problems, then the elections were pushed to the other day, and Afari Gyan came to announce to the world Mahama had won by 50.7%.
  The EC's page never came up again showing the results of Akufo Addo winning the elections.
  In this 2016 elections, Mahama will be lucky to get 43% of the votes cast. We repeat, John Dramani Mahama will be lucky to get 43% of the valid votes cast.
  He is advised to resign to save himself the embarrassment of the worst excruciating defeat of an incumbent Presidential candidate in the history of the 4th republic. He is not going to get the chance to runaway from defeat and there will be no recount.
  By 3pm on December 7th before the close of polls, his ADC will accompany him as they drive to Kotoka as he makes the decision to fly to Dubai or Tamale.
  It won't even be close. It will not be close, trust me.

  2) She has an agenda to manipulate the results. I will go for the first proposition. Why is this beautiful lady behaving like this? It is not by force you should be intelligent, but if you know your weakness, admit and seek advice. She is not prepared to do this. A law unto yourself, Madam? Why??
