  I have read on a number of social media platforms, a short message which was authored by one of the celebrated Ghanaian musicians of our time, Barima Sydney of "oga dey chop am" fame, which goes with the above caption (ie. DEC. 2008 WILL REPEAT ITSELF THIS YEAR).
  
  I perfectly agree with him because every discerning Ghanaian and follower of Ghana's politics sees a lot of similarities between what is happening today and what happened in the buildup to the 2008 general elections.
  
  The mounting of giant billboards and vulgar display of opulence and flamboyance by the ruling party CANNOT and WOULD NOT stop the Ghanaian electorates from voting for CHANGE.
  
  It doesn't take a rocket science to know that Ghanaians are loudly clamouring for CHANGE and like it happened in the 2008 general elections, nothing would prevent the wish of the people from manifesting INSHA ALLAH.
  
  It is very clear that we are in an era of REGIME CHANGE and the wind of change can be felt by all, except those who wish to trickle themselves and laugh. Of course, the hard core reality shall soon dawn on them. Change on December 7 is not only necessary but also INEVITABLE.
  
  Ghanaians need change because we have had enough of incompetence and ineptitude; we have had enough of the flimsy excuses; we have had enough of the untold hardships; and we have had enough of the NDCs. In fact, 8 years of NDC is more than enough.
  
  My fellow countrymen and women, let's all arise for change. Let's all join the change bandwagon for the love of God and country.
