  All of a sudden and in a manner akin to acts of intoxicated rats, rash pronouncement is made in the form of threat...l Muhammad Ali the Boxer par excellent will dissolve the water board...!
  Abi? Were you on Sabbatical when water ceased flowing thru the taps in the community?
  What did you do to let water flow all this while? Are the the board members not under your watch?
  Delegare non protest degalatus or delegatus non potest delegare (whichever it is) is an axiom which ties you, DCE, to the success and failure of those who work under your watch. Own up, accept responsibility and resign your position!
