  THE FACT THAT EC ADVERTISED AND HAS AGAIN SAID TRANSMISSION OF RESULTS WILL BE FROM POLLING STATIONS SHOULD SERVE AS WARNING TO ALL. THERE IS A GAME PLAN THAT WILL LIKELY HOODWINK US ALL.

  Charlotte Osei is disgracing Ghanaians by telling little lies concerning the December pools to the international community. We all heard you announce the cancellation of the bidding for this process, but you now want the world to believe that you have selected the companies already. Did you do that on the blind side of IPAC and Ghanaians, or they are part of your dreams to rig the elections?
  Know that your days at the commission are numbered. You will continue disgracing yourself until someone shows you the exit door soon. Ken Agyepong was spot on when he speculated that you might have been pushed into that position wrongly. And it was all the folly of our misfiring president. And it was all the fault of Atuguba to have imposed him on us. Square pegs in round holes the lot - Charlotte, Mahama, Atuguba, etc.
