The Zabramah looking guy called Amadu Sulley at the EC fraudulently said when some figures were arbitrarily increased in the proxy voters list that "some people did proxy from abroad.” Moreover, we all know that the rigging machine installed at the EC changed figures like 27 to 270 in the 2012 elections to steal the verdict of Ghanaians for Mahama and their NDC paymasters.

Before the 1992 constitution, we had only parliamentary elections alone known as general elections. The party which won majority seats in parliament formed the government with its leader as president. Then a by-election was held in the president's constituency to replace the MP seat. The party which won second position formed the opposition in parliament. And so there was no seperate presidential election.
