Madam Charlotte Ama Alata implanted by Mahama and his gang of stealers is treating the disqualification issue as if it was a personal fight between her and the flag-bearers because it fits the NDC rigging agenda.

The EC has diabolic agenda to disqualify Dr Nduom. The EC first disqualify the man Nduom. The said Dr. Took the matter to the High Court, Judgement was given in his favor. The EC appeal against the decision, praying the Suprem Court to quash the Proceedings of the High Court. Again, Judgement was given in favor of Dr Nduom. We thought the situation has now come under control only to hear once again that the EC now wants Dr Nduom to bring in Person the man who sign the Dr's form. Authomatically what's going on is a prepared planned orchestrated Long before the filing FORMS were given. Expect a rejection by close of work tomorrow. It's a plan thing between unseen forces and the EC. To the NPP, you need to look out for a different method not necessarily been disqualified but there's a schem with the same Unseen Forces working hand in hand with EC to put some brakes in your effort for CHANGE. Enough of the CAMPAIGN, Pay GREAT ATTENTION to the EC and fix everything that's been put under the CARPET and stop TRUSTING the EC. There's no way that the NPP is going to loose even if they stop CAMPAIGN and restructure the unforeseen to be seen before the D DAY.

The EC woman should accept defeat and move to avoid unecessary court actions. The law permits corrections to be done. The EC has per the law has no right to disqualify any candidate so it should be careful in their acts.

Dr Nduom need not produce any Richard Aseda at the EC! As a way of amending his nomination paper, Dr Nduom can simply remove Richard Aseda from the list of his subscribers and put in a new subscriber who he believes is without any 'blemish' whatsoever and is totally qualified to do so!

All the EC needs to do is to point out to Dr Nduom its finding of error with one of his subscribers on his completed nomination form and enjoin him to correct it! As to how Nduom elects to rectify that error, it's first and foremost the preserve and concern of Dr Nduom, not of the EC. Dr Nduom can decide to correct that error by way of substituting a new subscriber for the first error-laden one!

Dr Nduom does not have to correct that error only by way of producing the original subscriber, Frank Aseda, to testify that he's the one who in fact subscribed to the nomination of the candidate! What the EC is trying to do is not only to impose on Nduom the EC's preference of how he corrects the error on his completed form but also to constrain Nduom's 'freedom' of choice of how to amend his nomination paper!

Frankly, there's something of an uneasy feeling about some of the acts of the EC!
