They EC invited candidates to submit their forms on the 29th and 30th Oct which they did.Now the law says if there are errors etc allow them to make those corrections. Do you uderstand what i am saying. It is not like they were given 20 days in which to submit it and they brought it on the last day. The days to present their forms was chosen by the EC. You disqualiied some of them and gave the reasons. This is documented. The aggrieved parties took the EC to court and won, SCsaid allow them to make the corrections. Now you say the corrections are 105 93 and 300. If over 10 days you found 1 error now it took you a few hours after the SC ruling to find more than 100? If thats not incompetence then i don't know what is. The SC gave their ruling based on the initial EC disqualification so this will not fly. You need to think before u talk

The pressure Mahama has put on the woman if she were to tell Ghanaians, it will be shocking.
The reality is simple. There is clear indication Central region is splitting amongst the NPP, NDC and the PPP.
With the NDC electoral world bank reassessing their relationship with Mahama and the NDC, with the potential of Mahama's fortunes actually dipping precipitously in the Volta region, as a result of his failed policies and programs, divisiveness and vindictiveness, Mahama and the Fante cabal see no path to even a second position in the polls and are counting on PPP and Nduom to be of the ballot, to at least, redeem Mahama's image to some extent.
Charlotte Kesson-Smith Osei is now in full political mode and garb and has set the laws, the Constitution and it's own regulations aside and engaging in impunity.
That office however does not lend itself to that kind of conduct and so when Charlotte Osei says the elections will be free, fair and credible, you get the sense she is just talking just for the sake of it.
It's ok she says she has seen errors, the Court will be petitioned to extend the time to fix the errors and Nduom as well as any candidate that needs to be on the ballot will appear on the ballot.
She is however setting herself up and charting a course that has the potential to warrant some form of punitive action on the back of political expediency on account of her political inclinations which has found expression in her actions which is not in consonance and consistent with the law and the Constitution imposed on the EC.
There will be a response by Ghanaians through the Court very soon if the EC continues on that path of politicizing the office of the EC in the exercising of their mandate.
The EC is on a very short leash and the notion that she can or they can introduce some element of delay in the process of massively sending Mahama out, to equalize or institute a commensurate and opposite action to the election petition which Mahama falls on to, rather childishly to explain his incompetent and corrupt management of Ghana which has seen to it's collapse, is a dead on arrival.
Charlotte Kesson-Smith Osei is holding the elections for the massive sacking of John Dramani Mahama on December 7th and the earlier she got on with it, the better for the EC.

When rules are then being enforced, the one doing the right thing is given all sorts of unprintable qualifications. Honestly the EC boss and her staff are doing a great job. To cut matters short, the whole issue has been to the SC. Will you blame them if other anomalies appear? Think very far, for I can't think far. His habit of raining personal insults on folks he disagrees with on issues puts him right in the category of 'Mad Professors' like Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr. These are the very members of the Akufo-Addo cabal who always infuse horrible stench into his political campaign to cause him to lose Elections upon Elections.

While Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr. seems to have learnt to simmer down a little, this time around, we see Amoako Baah, rushing to fill the vacuum with his own stinky crudity that could once again jeopardize the chances of Akufo-Addo. And when the Akyem tin-god loses the third time at his bid for the Presidency, these same culprits who would have helped to ruin his ambition would then jump upon others like the former President Kufuor to blame for it. Their arrogance will not let them learn to be any wiser.
