Yet in the NDC published list of community day SHS an item was found as follows: " 71 G. Accra Ledzokuku krowor North West Teshie-Lekma" And now, five polyclinics in NDC manifesto which they claim have been completed and operational in the Western Region do not exist Eiiii Eiiii Eiiii.

It is now clearer than ever that NDC is bent on stealing the verdict of Ghanaians once again to perpetuate their massive corruption and incompetence. Just as they have been doing since their bloody appearance on the scene since the 80s, they are again preparing to kill, maim and intimidate in order to impose themselves on Ghanaians, and the recent beatings and intimidation of senior citizens by NDC macho men at the Ashanti region is another example of their violent and undemocratic nature. The good news is that Ghanaians are determined not to allow them hijack their destiny again.

The biggest problem Ghanaians face is that Mr. Mahama himself is so crooked that he preaches free, fair and credible elections in public, but distributes machetes, pistols and AK47s in private for their macho men to kill, maim and intimidate opposition members. And judging from Mr. Incompetent's dodgy behavior, the whole world has come to know that he is not interested in the free and fair elections that he preaches.

We all know what happened in the lead up to the 2000 elections, and how NDC tried to prevent NPP from taking power democratically. The Cuban-style self-serving and 'let the blood flow' fake-revolutionaries were not interested in the development of democracy in Ghana. In fact, Mr. Accountability even planned to install a puppet government in 2000 to keep the seat warm for him to return later.

Now is the era of the chinese who have no respect for the black skin. A chinese firm called CNQC has decided never to apply the national labour laws to ease the african workers of the slavery they undergo. some work for about 10 hrs a day. others work for about 9 hrs a day for a monthly salary. there is nothing like insurance for labourers. neither does this company pay the ssnit for any local worker. when they were confronted, they had the guts to say there are no laws in ghanan. they can always pay their way through. ARISE PEOPLE IN LEADERSHIP ROLES AND ACT FAST TO SAVE THE CURRENT SITUATION.

And in a country where goats can buy a judge's ruling, were we too surprised at this bizarre ruling? How on earth do you expect the EC to look out for forgeries and call the the parties to correct. Surely a forgery should vitiate any application, except in Ghana where a smelly goat is enough to change a judge's ruling.

The judges gave a very faulty ruling. I hope Anas will turn his attention on them.

It's the SC that gave the incompetent potential presidential candidates the deadline and if they cannot correct their errors within the deadline, tough love. What proof has anyone to accuse the EC of attempts to rig the elections? Truth be told, those parties don't possess the potential to cause any electoral tsunamis. Between them they won't garner more than 2% of the total votes. Martin Amidu must give us a break.

Mr Martin Amidu's interpretation of the Law in the contempt case of the Montie Trio caught me spell bound. Now, I am struggling to find who the rigging will favour? NDC, NPP, CPP or the Independent Candidate in the event the disqualified could not comply in time.

As Lawyer of great calibre and former Attorney General, would he allow any legal opening he can use to slip through his hands? All aspirants are utilising their constitutional rights to wanting to become President of Ghana and the same Constitution demands of them to fill their forms correctly to the end.

In the U.S.A. the general belief is that the battle is simply between Mrs Clinton and Mr Trump, but there are others too. In Ghana NDC and NPP are spoken of but then these 15 others.

When they had the time, they squandered it. In this arena both the Lawyers and the laymen are here. The notion that these disqualifications were meant to rig may seem to imply that the winner could have emerged from one of the disqualified presidential aspirants. In a submission by Dr Ndoum in The Daily Graphic on 18th July 2016 "WE NEED INCLUSIVENESS INSTEAD OF ONE PARTY TAKING TOTAL CONTROL". His position was more towards "a power broker base"instead of one party winning and running smooth policy implementation.

Will the NPP not claim election rigging if these defects were found in the nomination particulars of all these parties but they were allowed to take part in the election? Will NDC as well not head the same direction? And so in what way and for whose benefit is the EC. Chairperson plotting this rigging?

This same argument was put forward in the case of the deletion of voters who registered with NHIS Cards. The election has not taken place and both parties have NHIS Card registrants and so it is always difficult to understand the accusations levelled at the young woman who wish to conduct her first election transparently without blame from any party in the case issue of petitions start flying after the results are known?

Here we go again, Martin Amidu consumed by hatred for the EC chairperson, is not interested in condemning the sloppiness with which so called aspiring presidents are treating their nomination forms. These are people who are aspiring to become president of mother Ghana, and yet cannot complete nomination forms properly. This is gross incompetence. Hundreds of errors in the forms? And nobody sees nothing wrong? Even the Peace Council did not speak about the sloppiness, but are quick to ask the EC not to complicate matters? As a country we fail to stand up for truth and that is why we are failing in our endeavours.

Now is the era of the chinese who have no respect for the black skin. A chinese firm called CNQC has decided never to apply the national labour laws to ease the african workers of the slavery they undergo. some work for about 10 hrs a day. others work for about 9 hrs a day for a monthly salary. there is nothing like insurance for labourers. neither does this company pay the ssnit for any local worker. when they were confronted, they had the guts to say there are no laws in ghanan. they can always pay their way through. ARISE PEOPLE IN LEADERSHIP ROLES AND ACT FAST TO SAVE THE CURRENT SITUATION.
