It amazes me that no thinking person is questioning the intelligence of the men and women who sit on our high court benches? If the Supreme Court can order the EC to extend deadline for applications or ask EC to become grade school teachers because politicians do not know how to spell or tell the truth on their application forms then why are the courts no making registration of parties and or individuals free?

In fact making registrations free would make our process more democratic and participation friendly than any nation but the courts seem to make laws that favor the rich while they turn a blind eye as they join in with parliament to screw Ghanaians. Is any political post more important than the president of Ghana? If not why would the courts think it's not shameful and undignified for our presidential candidates to be liars, cheats and submit fraudulently completed applications but ask the EC to give these simple minded idiots the opportunity to correct their mistake riddled forms?
Will the courts ever order all government agencies to give citizens the opportunity to correct mistakes on government forms, from passport application to other mandated forms? We are truly a banana Republic
