John Mahama is violating the terms of the CHPS concept. Under this program initiated by the ministry of health to provide health centers to communities the communities themselves are supposed to provide the buildings. Supply of health personnel and drugs are supposed to be provided by the MMDAs and other organisations. John Mahama has however decided to provide the buildings to many communities. This is discrimination. This is not fair. Many communities saved money over years to construct the CHPS buildings because they were told that that was the part they had to play. John Mahama is making these communities feel stupid.

This is peanut. The result is poor network everywhere one goes in the countries. Internet connectivity is a complete mess in Ghana and Ghana only. And it appears these so-called Telcos are colluding to make it harder for Ghanaians to make online calls like WhatsApp and Viber. Ghana is about the only country where people still shout , "can you hear me". That was tech 1988.
