  I think Mahama said the reason for that phenomenon was the services sector had seen a greater share of it's contribution to the economy. So for him, a decline n the agricultural sector from a high of about 8% to 2.5% in 2016, means the agricultural sector is actually growing...hahaha...lol.
  Oh my days!!!
  I don't know where the NDC party got John Mahama from, but if they have a lot more of Mahama's kind in their party, then I am afraid, it is very, very dangerous.
