If infrastructures alone can reduce poverty in developing countries Nigeria would have been heaven on earth but go and see the level of abject poverty prevailing in that oil rich country. Since the oil boom in the 70s, subsequent Nigerian governments have been investing billions of dollars into infrastructural projects building mega-schools, mega-hospitals, Mega-universities, super-highways and a new modern city called Abuja yet these mega-projects have not reduced poverty in Ogbodo Niger. Infact, it is on record that Nigeria exports the highest number of beggars to the rest of Arica.
Nigeria has more quality universities than Ghana. When it comes to infrastructure Nigeria is second to none in West Africa yet the level of poverty and misery in that

The only period NPP did not challenge EC in court was from 2001 to 2008 when they were in power. No body took the NPP to court when they replaced the Voter ID cards with a Senegal flag in 2004.

When it was pointed to her that the letter was for her father, she retorted' My father is ASP.
