After 19 years of P/NDC rule they could not construct even 1cm of tarred road in Koforidua Zongo even though these zongo people have faithfully been voting for the Akatamanso. What about Koforidua Anglo Town? The same shameful story was replicated. In less than two years of Kufuor's administration, the Water works-Zongo-Anglo Town- Minyila stretch of road was constructed yet the NDC succeeded in deceiving the Zongo people that Kufuor did not do anything for them.
When Atta Mills came to power in 2009, they hurriedly went to Anglo Town to clear some places claiming that they were also going to
construct roads in Anglo Town and in the process, they destroyed people's shops and businesses but they weren't able to construct a centimeter of road in Anlo Town. A lady, called Agie, who lost her business because of the hurried demolition has gone blind till date out of shock. Many other victims have relocated to Accra to practice odd jobs and some of the boys have left the country to North Africa through the dessert. This is how destructive NDC could be to Zongo and Anglo communities.

Has the Akufo Addo house also a CCTV installed?.These MUST be released for Ghanaians to know what actually happened in Nana Akufo Addo's house last Sunday. The blame game is becoming too much in the ears of Ghanaians with the British High Commission and the American Embassy wading into this incident and issuing statements without finding out the truth first. The High Commission/Embassy should rather put pressure to compel the Nima Police Station/Nana Akufo Addo to release the footage of what happened. This will settle this issue once and for all. We cannot rely on the press especially Daily Guide to provide an unalloyed and credible report

I believe news the Daily Guide publish. They are credible and have on no account been found to have abused their work rules in media. To remind you Jojo, the NPP communicates whatever information they want to put out. It is the Ndc however, that prides itself in the use of propaganda. Lately, when the stench of the word, propaganda got to their nostrils, they attempted to drop it. It was an attempt but the trails remain because it is in their DNA.
There was no clash of supporters of NPP and Ndc at Nana Addo house last Sunday. The simple truth is that the Ndc planned to invade the house. They massed their supporters in front of the gate, after making excessive noise lased with invectives, they threw stones and bottles into the house. The campaign materials of the NPP presidential leader, his vice and other materials were vandalized by the ragging bulls in Ndc party colours. The last act was their attempt to break down the gates. Then and there the guns were fired from inside the residence, by any of the three or so security details around.
If there was a clash of supporters, as the narrative is being gradually shifted to seem, how come no serious injuries were reported? Just imagine, if say, one hundred supporters of each group had engaged the other in the melee. With the Ndc joggers, bottles and stones in hand, the resulting consequences would have been dire. Any suggestion therefore that there was a clash of two parties on that Sunday, is a myth, an imagination of fertile minds, trying desperately to paint a picture of equalization .

Remember what happened to AA Afrifa, JWK Akufo, Kutu Acheampong, Utuka, Amedome, Kotei, the three judges and thousands who disappeared never to be found during the dark days of military rule in Ghana.

Unfortunately, Ghanaian intellectuals religious leaders, so-called security experts and all sorts of people including some diplomats have foolishly fallen to the blatant falsehood being churned out without examining the stories. From the story above, they noticed from CCTV cameras that there were people outside throwing stones into the house. This should be clear evidence that would have put the blame on the NDC without any contestation. Why is the NPP not making the footage available? Just WHY? Ghanaians must wise up to these blood thirsty gun wielding goons who rush to their Media friends in Multimedia, Citi FM and the rest to fabricate stories after they have instigated and committed the crime. Evidence is out there that the goons at Nana Addo's residence were armed with shot guns, AK 47s and pistols, and yet Ghanaians are refusing to talk about this dangerous thing. This should tell us that the NPP has trained and armed civilians, a situation that could lead to mayhem in this country. Afterall, a stockpile of weapons were found in their headquarters sometime back, but as usual, we refuse to tackle this blatant disregard for our laws. I hope that those who pretend not to see the trouble rousers and the threat they pose, will not come back one day and sing hypocritical tunes about peace and need for tolerance. The Hypocrisy is too obvious. God is surely watching us.

They are thee to do the bidding of the President. Any leader from Africa who attends any world forum and ask for any concession should not be taken seriously. They dont believe in democracy but they have adopted it because they have no choice. PRESIDENT MAHAMA’S INCOMPETENCE UNPRECENTED IN GHANA
The Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary of Current English defines Incompetence as ‘’not qualified or able.’’ This aptly describes the performance of President Mahama as the leader of this nation. When one does scanning of every aspect of our national life, this is the only conclusion to arrive at. There are ample pieces of evidence abound in the country for any independent analyst to conclude as such. Assuming that administering a country entails only the mobilization and application of money, this country should be rubbing shoulders with some of the Asian Tigers and Advanced countries now. The sheer level of resources available to this President and the living condition of life tells that President Mahama and his Government are really incompetent.Any economic or finance literature one reads speak of the positive correlation between better living conditions and high Government expenditure. Sadly this relationship has been defied by the President and his Government. This is just a big marvel to the mind. The only way he can survive this incompetence is the use of propaganda and lies which are targeted at the less discerning people of Ghana and the ability to buy the conscience of some chiefs to endorse him without doing any serious analysis except to point to handful of physical projects in their areas. It is really sad about the type of people in charge of our traditional areas.
President Mahama and his Government find it very difficult to meet statutory payments like NHIL, pay salaries and allowance of Ghanaians who have worked for the state but could find money to buy house and vehicle for AkuaDonkor who has done no work for the state except to do propaganda for the President. He sees the work of this lady more important than the work done by Ghanaians for the state. These Ghanaians are deprived of incomes that will enable them to take care of their dependants. The only way workers will receive what they are due from their work is to embark on industrial action. Ghana has witnessed more than necessary or threats of strike in the past four years than any president within the same period.Is this not incompetence? Nana Addo will not allow this to happen to Ghanaians under his watch for the sake of politics. He wants to leave a legacy for this country for which he is to be remembered. President Mahama is so much impressed with his achievement that is clothed from head to toe with corruption. What is this achievement at all? It is nothing more than infrastructure at very expensive cost to the citizens because of corruption. He is always trying to rope everybody into his incompetence with the false belief that nobody can do better than him. His administration is about monetocracy. It is about tax the people heavily and borrow massively and misappropriate into private pockets of friends and relations. Is this the president Ghanaians want? Which of our previous presidents engaged in this?
The US voters are more sophisticated than us and their choice of Donald Trump was not a mistake. They voted on issues and not on personality or better still they were not influenced by sentimental reasons. Ones personality does not resolve the challenges confronting them. We in Ghana are immature in our voting attitude and we are no where near the US. The silent majority who are discerning and understand the issues better decided on the way the votes went.The same thing will happen in Ghana. We should not be fazed with the bussing of voters and the sharing of goddies at NDC rallies which influence people to throng their rallies. On the day of voting each of these people has only one vote but will not be moving around various polling stations to cast votes.
My fear in this upcoming election is not about what the EC decide to do or not do. It is about the Supreme Court’s ability to stand firm and just as enshrined in the Motto of the country. The President and his Government will be designing ways to use money to influence the course of justice as believed by many in 2012. It was a very bitter lesson to the NPP and nobody expect anything of the sort to happen. The way and manner the decision of the Court was delivered held many country men and women in awe. This day will never be forgotten in the annals of the country.
One also expects the security services to discharge their duties in the fairest manner possible, not to take side in favour of the President and his party. It is the people of Ghana through the Constitution, who have given the mandate to the President to appoint the heads of the Security Services. This is not to say that the President and his party should be favoured in the election of a president. Our state institutions have compromised their neutrality in every matter involving the President and the rest of the people. This is one area AkufoAddo’s Governmenthave to look at as he has promised to appoint an independent prosecutor also.
The Supreme Court have given judgment on the special voting but it is not without disagreement to some of us. I shudder to say that the judgment was based largely on common sense and not on the law. Not granting the relief sought by the plaintiff will not be injurious anyway to the party or state. I believe the plaintiff went to court basically because of the general view that the EC has been playing to the advantage of ruling party.
All polling agents of the various parties should be vigilant to ensure that nobody outside this class of voters infiltrate to vote. The parties should demand the list of all these people and the sector they belong to once we are tagging them as ‘’special.’’ The candidate’s rep should try to tally those who voted on that day and to reconcile the number to those who voted on that day. This will ensure that the ballot is not more than those who voted on that day. I hope the boxes will be secured and the papers not tampered with. I want to commend the NPP for ensuring there is transparency every way down the road till the votes are called. They are not calling for anything to the advantage of the party but those who will like to exploit the loopholes will not be comfortable but their worries should not be ours at all. There is reason for providing serial numbers to every stationery and those of us who don’t know should ask Auditors and Accountants. The views of other smaller parties are not heard on several matters but surprisingly these are the issues which are likely to determine their success of winning the elections. In Africa it has been known that a party can win elections through the ballot but this can be over turned using malfeasance. So if the smaller parties fail to speak on these matters they will not be taken seriously by voters in general.

THE VOTERS REGISTER ANDFOREIGNERS ON REGISTER
I wish to use this platform to address my people in the Volta Region and the Republic of Togo. I am a through and through son of the region and any action I seek to undertake relating to this region will be for the best to the people including my kith and kins.
We the people of this region consider ourselves as unique and among the best. One must concede the region habours other ethnic groupings but it is fundamentally made up of Ewes. We care for one another and often times people from other ethnic origins refer to us as ‘’ nye bro’’ which literally means my brother and we are proud of that. It is this love and fellow feeling which have generally maintained peace among us. We are not like some other ethnic groupings whokill and maim one another with the least provocation even as brothers and sisters from the same mother and father. This is the last thing we should allow politicians to sow among us. Political parties are not our mothers or fathers so the allusion that the Volta Region is the wife of the NDC is not true and will never be true. We shall not allow ourselves to be tagged and used by politicians for their selfish ends and dumped later. We have gone past this stage of brainwash and are independent in thoughts and actions.
Any Voltarian who does business in the Republic of Togo has a home in the region and can be easily identified. We are a very unique people and we can be easily differentiated from those who come from Togo so it is not a difficult exercise to undertake at all. Members of the NDC like Sam Okudzeto and Kwame Agbodza who are Ewes should not think there are no Ewes in the NPP. What they know about the region and the ethnic orientation is also known to those of us in the NPP. When it comes to discussions about the region, they cannot have sway over us.
To our brothers from Togo we want to live peacefully with them and they should not allow politicians to knock our heads together. It will be very sad to fight among ourselves, kill and destroy properties for the simple reason of making some person realize his presidential ambition. After achieving his ambition this person goes and live comfortably with his families and friends whiles he creates among us enmity and distrust because of the small money he is ready to offer us. In fact as wise people we should be asking not for hand outs but rather opportunities that will enable us realize our objectives as individuals and social groups because we are hardworking and can stand to any challenge. We know some members of the NDC will come to them with hordes of money as we draw close to the elections to come to Ghana to vote for them. It is tempting to resist these monies during these hard times but for heavens sake their lives are more important. They should remember the saying ‘’if there is life there is hope.’’ It is wrong for them to decide who Ghanaians want to be their president. The laws of our land do not allow this and they must know that even in heaven there are laws that regulate them. The Bible is testimony of that and for those of them who practice other faith it is the same. I am using this platform to appeal to their conscience and I also call on their Ghanaian bothers and sisters and the chiefs of the region to send words of reason to them. Money is tempting but their lives are more important for them and to their families and friends. We are looking for a president who will create a just society with equal opportunities for everybody and not for families and friends.
I have maintained since the matter of cleaning the voters register came up for discussion that some Togolese have been offered money to put their names on the register. To avoid this being exposed the NDC has vehemently stood against compilation of new register or validation. I have no doubt that since it was a deliberate action to have these names on our register the party has the list of these names. If they don’t bring these people to vote on election day, they will find every means to include them in the ballots on election day. In relation to this I will not be surprised that the voters register in the custody of the NDC is significantly different from others with the rest of the political parties and this has been done in collaboration with the EC. I am only encouraged that on the day of election no ‘’Ghost’’ will be allowed to vote and I expect all the polling agents and candidates reps of other political parties will be vigilant to prevent this.
Today, I want to reveal some secret to the people of Ghana that will make them understand the reason the EC was bent on disqualifying so many parties but the Almighty God did not allow it to happen as originally designed. Our prayers are not going waste. The disqualification was meant to reduce the number of political party agents at the polling stations to facilitate ‘’Ghost’’ voting. Ghost voting is the process of putting ballots into the box when there are no physical persons responsible. Like I mentioned earlier the NDC has some list of names on the voters register who were minors at the time the names were compiled and some foreigners to vote on the D-day. Do we recall during the exchanges of whether to compile a new register AsieduNketiah(General Secretary of NDC) said that if minors are on the register, they will turn majors by 2016 and so it was not useful to do a new register? I say without doubt that all these people are on the register.I want to advise all the polling agents that on the day of voting when they find anybody who has attained the age of 21 years or less and who registered in 2012, that person was a minor 4 years back. Those who registered in 2012 had their ages recorded on the card. The polling agents should raise the red flags. That person is a criminal and required to be prosecuted because he or she was a minor at the time he or she registered.
I have said and will continue to say that I have not been happy with the way the SC dealt with the cleaning of the voters register. We were given the impression that it was only those who registered with NHIS cards illegitimately got onto the register. This is far from true. And with the NHIS cards it was only the EC who single handedly pulled the list out to say these were those who registered with the card. Can anybody vouch that is the full list?
I wish to suggest to the NPP polling agents to be extra vigilant on the voting day. They should have at the back of their minds the NDC will be out to play some tricks to get advantage at the polls so they must watch the following:
1. The tally of the names ticked in the register should not be less than the number of ballots in the box. The variance should not be more than four. For this reason no name should be ticked before voting starts.
2. The polling agents should be educated on the laws and they should insist on the right things. They should not accept any recount of ballots outside the polling station. The Supreme Court have indicated in their previous rulings that they will not entertain any excuse from candidates.
3. Candidate’s rep at the polling center and party followers watching from afar should look out for people who will stuff ballot papers in their sleeves or their bodies and will put these papers in the box. Any voter who takes more than necessary time in the booth should be a suspect.
