One of them is the future is open, possible to jump over barriers, understand the importance of positive support including when narrow options are available. A positive mentality brings the best in football.
There are also things to review for the future, how some people who liked to be in the middle of football supported this coach to be elected. Just to gain personal recognition and not thinking of the country future.

This is the type of Coach we need for the Black Stars; someone with a thick skin.Even when the dreaded Mosad of Israel warned him not to go to Egypt, he played down the threat and said politics should be decoupled from sports.He actually put his life on the line and went.Some coaches would have used that as a pretext not to go so that in case of defeat, he will not be blamed. His problem is that the players are not reciprocating his good works and is left in the lurch.There could be light at the end of the tunnel though, that is when the players he actually wants to field are available. After all, why do top Coaches insist on singing on new players when they take over a team? Some players are undoubtedly game changers and that is lacking in the Black Stars at the moment. During the last AFCON in Ghana, it took a late strike by Sule Muntari to break the deadlock against Guinea and towards the 2006 World Cup,it was again Sule Muntari and Stephen Appiah's goals at the Accra Sports Stadium against South Africa that blazed the trail. Muntari again trebled the dose against Uruguay in South Africa. When we played Egypt during the return leg of the World Cup in Egypt, "Bad boy" Kevin scored and scored as well in South Africa. Now all over the world, teams are equally matched so we need such players who can conjour goals out nothing for victory.Sometimes we need to eat humble pie to invite these players if they are still in form.
