At the time he committed his GRAND THEFT against our nation the money was worth almost $40 million. Today, his co-conspirators in the NDC are telling us that we should applaud him for paying back 4 million Ghana Cedis which is worth a puny $1 million in today's terms.

So this means that, he is not guilty of any crime but should refund the money. If he is not guilty of any crime as held by the High Court and the Court of Appeal respectively, why refund the money??
