Blaming coaches for team's failure is not always the case - Odartey Lamptey

Former Black Stars player Odartey Lamptey believes blaming coaches for team’s failure is not always the case.

Lamptey noted that it is always up to players to prove to the coach on the field of play.

His pronouncement comes in the wake of calls by the public and some former players calling on the sack of Black Stars coach Avram Grant.

In an interview with 3FM, Lamptey said “It is easier to blame the coaches, but on the field of play it is much more difficult. It is all up to us”.
