To a great extent I will blame Grant not for losing in Egypt but not strategizing to pick a point and keep us reasonably within reach of the leaders in our group. Personally I said before the match that there was always a first but I did not remember the last time Ghana won a WC qualifier away from home in North Africa. Grant should have strategized for a drawn game with a win as bonus. We must be realistic, we cannot top the group and personally I cannot see us winning again Congo and Uganda away, Grant-ed or Grant-less!

Odatey, I strogly agree with you, Idont know how many coaches Ghanaians want to have since the time of Otto Fister. We waited till we lost the match with Egypt before blaming the coach. I am a lady soccer fan and I saw this coming. How do you leave out Muntari and PKBoateng in such an international match because of nepotism and politics, then blame the poor coach for this loss. We are going to loose matches like these irrespective of who the coach is . So firing coach Avram does not make sense. May have to employ all the coaches in world then.
