  Its a terrible story, however, the lawyer that represents the girl, should take this matter to human rights court in the Hage, there is absolutely necessary for him to, because, not only are the little girl deserving the amount the lawyer are demanding from the state, there is also a lifelong suffering for this little girl, that amounts to much more money, in pure compensation for her suffering, but there are also upcoming medical costs for her for many years to come, if not lifelong.
  The human rights court in Hague have the international rights to issue such compensation to anyone, especially since the girl in this case is injured by officer of the state, furthermore, if the state in question neglect to comply with the rulings of the human right court, the implications for the state in question will be severe, with sanktions and other kind of punishment for the state, this should you at the news agency inform the lawyer about.
  
  My personal reflection on the amount the lawyer is demanding, is not even close of what this should case should be about. It is far to small compensation for a human that have been violated in this way, at such a early age, and are for sure going to result in hardship for the girl for the rest of her life. I suggest that the lawyer, contact some lawyer in Europe, that are specialized in matter such as this, and asks for advice, and i can assure you that the amount he or she will suggest, is going to be very much higher, the amount the representative lawyer for the girl is asking, is ridiculously low, and actually quite frankly borders to stupidity.
