The era for use of the military and police to scare the population is far gone. Contingency Plans are drawn and well spelt out and known to the officers and men in uniform. Show of Force is allowed. But please CDS and IGP do not intimidate the population. You should show your neutrality. We know it is quite difficult especially when you were appointed into office by the Commander-in-Chief.
