  I think they refused to buy the pamphlets in the case of the men and not too looking good girls which is now the main requirement in Ghana's so called tertiary institutions,the only way the beautiful ones get their good grade ...

  I think they refused to buy the pamphlets in the case of the men and not too looking good girls which is now the main requirement in Ghana's so called tertiary institutions,the only way the beautiful ones get their good grades is to open their legs while the men who can afford have to buy pamphlets to pass, regardless of how brilliant you are if you don't follow those unofficial rules you will not make it in the sorry state called Ghana.

  We have useless University Colleges such as mountcrest university college at kanda which had not been able to graduate student from the school of medical and health sciences since inception and yet national accreditation board is allowing them to take more students at the blind side of these new students.

  IT IS STILL THE UNSKILLED MINE WORKERS ON THEIR TOIL, SWEAT AND HARDWORK GHANA CONTINUES TO EARN ITS FOREIGN EXCHANGE TO SERVICE NATIONAL BUDGETS IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  TARKWA TECHNICAL INSTITUTE ESTABLISHED BY THE COLONIAL GOVERNMENT,BECAME, ONE OF THE BEST TECHNICAL INSTITUTION IN GHANA, THAT TURNED OUT BEST EDUCATED AND TRAINED QUALITY SKILLED WORKFOCE NEEDED IN THE CREATION OF MIDDLE LEVEL DYNAMIC INDUSTRIES AND TO BOOST PRODUCTION IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  WHAT POLITICIANS AND THE EDUCATED IN POSITION IN GHANA HAVE FAILED TO UNDERSTAND IS,HAVE THE THREE PUBLIC UNIVERSITES IN MADE A ''DENT''TOWARDS THE ECONOMIC GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IN GHANA.
  
  THEY ONLY CONTINUE TO IDLE AT THE PUBLIC SECTOR FOR NON PRODUCTIVE WORK AND ONLY TO BLAME THE GOVERNMENT ON EVERYTHING IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  HOW PRODUCTIVE HAVE THEY BEEN FOR THE NATION AND WHY ARE A HEAVILY INDEPTED POOR COUNTRY(HIPC)IN THE WORLD AND EXTREME POOR.
  
  WILL THE TURNING OF VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL INSTITUTIONS INTO TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES HELP THE NATION TO PROMOTE AND BOOST ECONOMIC GROWTH AND TO ALLEVIATE EXTREME POVERTY IN GHANA.
  
  WHAT IS SAD AND PATHETIC,THESE INSTITUTIONS DO NOT HAVE PRACTICAL PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL TEACHERS AND INSTRUCTORS WITH PRECISION SKILLS TO RUN THESE SO CALLED TECHNICAL INSTITUTIONS,AND NEITHER ARE THESE INSTITUTIONS WELL FURNISHED PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS AND LABORATORIES AT THESE UNVERSITIES.
  
  A TERRIBLE DEED WHICH NOTHING CAN JUSTIFY IT.
  
  WE SEEM TO KNOW-BUT WE DO NOT KNOW.
  
  WITHOUT VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL SCHOOLS THAT EDUCATES AND TRAINS TRAINEES TO HAVE CRAFTMANSHIP SKILLS AS ARTISANS AND TECHNICIANS,NOTHING BETTER AWAITS THE NATION FOR THE NEXT HUNDRED YEARS.
  
  VOCATIONL AND TECHNICAL SCHOOLS ARE THE BACKBONE OF A NATIONS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND NOT TECHNICAL AND MINES UNIVERSITIES IN GHANA.
  
  LASTLY, KEEP ON DESTROYING THE LAND OF OUR BIRTH WITH UNNECESSARY AND PRIMITIVE REFORMS AT THE EDUCATIONAL SECTOR.
  
  WE ARE INDEED STILL LOST IN THE WILDERNESS.
