Folks, it is common knowledge that the battle cry of the NPP politicians and their buffs is that President Mahama is incompetent and must be voted down at Election 2016. That clarion call resonates only with them, not with those who have eyes to see what his government is doing to transform Ghana in line with the NDC's manifesto. Those with a genuine desire to see Ghana developed along the path of peace, love, and national unity see things differently. I am one of them; so should you be too if you love Ghana.

While the NPP concentrates on bussing supporters from all over the regions for their ongoing Regional rallies, issuing of press releases and holding press conferences to spew out falsehood with the hope that it will sway voters, the NDC has launched a 4-prong campaign, covering every nook and creek of the country, with the president attracting huge and gargantuan crowds at the various areas he is touring and spreading his messages. All those believing in fairy tales and making insulting comments on this platform must know that they will make no impact on the elections and will laugh at the wrong sides of their mouths after December 7th. Lies, deception and media propaganda will not win the elections; they will surely fall flat because majority of the people are not as gullible as the NPP and their surrogates think.

The overnight eruption of Companies to solely win huge vital Contracts from the Government is no new phenomenon. Why can't Sir John ask Asabee and Kwamena Bartels of how such Companies get created to be assigned? If we recollect correctly, these two stalwart supporters of Akufo-Addo did well by such indulging directly or indirectly with that phenomenon when they were in Government.

May we also know how long the EO-Group came into existence before partnering with Kosmos to drill our Oil for their almost exclusive profits? Did I say 'Profits'? Oops! What capital did the EO-Group invest in their business to earn any profit at all? If only all Ghanaians could lure into the country foreign investors to fully fund a project as partners without spending a Pesewa of their own, and share the profits in any proportions at all, we all would multi-millionaires by now!

Well, it seems the NDC has taken their cue from the NPP's property owning Democracy that seemed to bless becoming wealthy by any means possible. Legal and appropriate acquisition of wealth seems lost on these two Parties.

The NDC never quit their efforts to equalize NPP's ultimate wealth-gain from the Oil, be it to a few leading individuals in the latter Party or not. The former began with the STX hoax of a deal, and continued, upon its failure, with subtle and minor plastering of excess charges to projects under various programs like Gyeeda, SADA, SUBA, branding of Mass Transit Buses, etc.

Until Ghana adopts the stringent financial disbursement controls as in the USA and Europe, we will continue to see contesting Political Parties and their unscrupulous leaders keep hurling hefty loads of our money over our heads into their safe havens abroad, under various guises.
