This is the reason why Mahama has lost the confidence and trust reposed in him as the president. Where are the transparency, accountability and integrity entrenched in NDC tenets ? If Mahama and NDC had performed creditably, there would be no need to spend so much money to win the election. Strangely and to the dismay of many Ghanaians, neither Mahama nor his administration will deny or clear the allegations made.

According to Richard, their investigations reveal that the maximum cost of one borehole should be GHS15,000.00, so why GHS60,000.00. I felt sorry for the woman.
