  This amount is exactly what goes to the president and his party men. Mahama foolishly talks about infrastructure. It is not about how many miles of roads were built; it is about the cost at which it was built. And for every mile of road built, Ghana would have gotten 10 more miles at a higher quality. My girlfriend (an NDC activist) tells me the "sweetest" one is pothole filling. That is where no one is watching and that where they share money fastest.
