The NPP government in their eight (8) years in office never established one (1) single public university ........ but the NDC government has established the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) at Ho in the Volta region, and the University of Energy and Natural Resources at Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo region. These two (2) public universities had already admitted students. Again, another university is being established at Somanya in the Eastern region

This absurdity for political mischief is rather stupefying the NDC and the earlier you stop, the better it will help your congress (not a political party).

Can you imagine, President Mahama saying he has extended water supply to Kyebi, when Kyebi had pipe-borne water before he was born? Owuraku Amofa brought electricity to Kyebi? Hahaa haaa!!!!!
That Owuraku Amofa constructed the road from Kyebi to Suhum is not only funny, but it sad as well.

We have lived in the area, live in the area and will die in the area so let nobody pretend they know the area more than we do.

So if you improve the water supply to a community, then it is taken as having extended water supply to the area? Then one will be right by saying President Kuffour extended water to the Central Region, especially, Cape Coast and its environs, Kumasi and Dasoman, because there were improvement works in the supply in all these areas.

The argument that Nana Addo could not manage his constituency so he cannot manage Ghana is laughable, and it is as crazy as it is madness and depicts total ignorance. By extension, President Mahama does not deserve his position because Bole Bamboi is not comparable to Kyebi in any of these amenities. As we speak there is no portable water supply to the President's constituency where he was MP for three terms. May be President Nkrumah should not have become president because even today, Nkroful is a sad story. I do not know if the proponents of this rather unbelievable theory have ever visited Rawlings' village, Dzelukope after his 11 unconstitutional years reign and 8 constitutional years controlling the purse of Ghana.

Then we later had a president, who, before, had been Vice President for four years, coming from Ekumfi Otuam. I do not know how Otuam compares to Kyebi. Lest I forget, President Limann hailed from Gwolu in the Upper-West Region. Has the President and his likes ever visited Limann's hometown?

Why this hatred for the people of Kyebi and its environs. For your information, Kyebi survived all the political machinations from 1951 when President Nkrumah assumed the affairs of the country till he was overthrown in 1966. Even the definite political policies by the CPP government to subdue Kyebi could not hold water, let alone the NDC.

The leadership qualities of the people of Akyem Abuakwa Traditional area is impeccable. If readers care to know, the Ofori-Panin stool in 1935, established its own secondary school, Abuakwa State College, (ABUSCO) which was later christened the Abuakwa University. It was the first of its kind and it was after a successful basic school education (Oman Primary and Middle Schools at Kyebi. In fact, there was no secondary school from the Coast to the North of Ghana. The result was that people came all the way from Kumasi and its environs to ABUSCO. I do not want to talk about the Ofori Panin Secondary School at Kukurantumi, becuase that was much more later.

The traditional council had a Scholarship Trust (Okyeman Scholarship Trust) for the people of the area, spanning from Begoro to Kade through Kwabeng, to Achiase and Awisa down to Asamankese to Kyebi itself. The result of this was the numerous lawyers that Okyeman produced during the era which led to Ghanaian calling the Akyems 'Litgants' These and many more leadership qualities exhibited the Nana Sir Ofori Atta I fascinated Governor Sir Gordon Guggisburg to the extent that he took the then Okyehene as a personal friend built his house House at Kyebi as his hide-out outside the castle.

Today, as we speak, the Okyehene, in continuing the legacy, has made yet another history. Okyeman is the first traditional council to have set up its own University. The University is located at Bunso (Korfidua junction) and focuses on the teaching, learning and research in the areas of Environmental Science, Forestry and Agriculture. The pioneering students just graduated.

To recapitulate, and for the information of sane people, Kyebi had electricity supply before Owuraku Amofa was borne. Again, he never beat Akufo Addo in any elections. He could only enter Parliament because the NPP did not take part in the 1992 Parliamentary elections.

The NDC can only tell these stories to their teaming gaulible illiterates. The more Ghanaians get educated, the worse the future of the NDC.

The accolade, 'Okyeman, Yenwhe Ma No Nsee', and 'Okyeman Nkwa So', still stands and no amount of effort can shaken the fortress.
