  December 7th must be declared as a national holiday for general elections. The exercising of the fundamental right to determine who leads the country by the electorate is a civic and constitutional duty and must not be curtailed or impeded or hindered or blocked since the direction of the country and how it is governed for the next 4 years depends on this exercise and every eligible Ghanaian who qualifies to vote should not suffer any encumbrance in exercising his or her inalienable right afforded him or her in our democracy, to vote on December 7th.
  It must be a holiday no exceptions.

  The long and short of it all is they don't want anybody to monitor anything at the polling station so they can ensure the rigging.
  Even journalists they are trying to block them with some so-called accreditation.

  hmmmm, ohh mother gh,,, y cant u make it a public holiday,, becuz they want rig,, so that worker cant not police their vote,, hmmmm i just wish today was judgement day ,,, GOD help us

  How do expect individuals to travel to their hometowns to elect Parliamentary candidates? Besides , how do you address waiting time at polling stations?
