There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults.This was due to General Obasanjo openly accusing the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year. This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger, called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “silly buffoon”.It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room. The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States, Ministers, Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

Mr. Chief of staff,the only thing Ghana needs to stop is corruption.

The truth can not be an insult. People will insult when you call building a hospital or school. What kind of President will call an empty building a hospital or school. What kind of father will Pity his children when he has everything. JM to northerners.

The NDC has been involved in frivolities for the past 8 years and when Mahama was called to account, started insulting, and has been insulting and with his massive defeat approaching like a hurricane and staring him in the face, with nowhere to hide, has resorted to violence.
The NPP has been discussing the issues and tabled about 170 issues for Mahama to address.
He has not been able to address one, not even one of the issues, has he been able to address.
All he has been doing and involved and engaged in, out of desperation and with no message is insults, vote buying, violence, division, ethnocentrism, and crassness.
Ghanaians say, he will step aside on December 7th. He is out!!!.

This is the only thing that can make Ghana a tourist bound country and not a vehicular interchange. There are better vehicular interchanges in better countries than what has been built in Ghana.
