Sometimes you have to be mindful of how you communicate, the fight you are fighting is not your fight,the feeding grant would not be given to you the the students that money goes to food contractors, your is to go and it, is only the food contractors who can demand that money and you can only complain when you did not get food eat at the dinning hall, or you are student food contractor. Leave that fight for the food contractors. The food contractor always pre-finance food to Government Institution over ages including security services under training and on duty.
