  Idiotic semi-literates like United Ghana, Zipnet and Gyamfi are so stupid and ignorant like the over-hyped NPP desperate and Lying economist called Bawumia who fail to realize that developed countries like Germany, Japan and the rest borrowed to develop their infrastructure, which in turn stimulated growth that accelerated their progress to what they are today. In fact, as your economy grows due to stimulus brought in as a result of investment in the productive sectors of the economy, the Debt to GDP ratio comes down automatically. This is simple primary school economics which guided the now developed countries, and which Bawumia and the NPP deliberately distort and misinform the gullible public, or just because they are empty-headed. By the way, Japan's current Debt to GDP to debt ratio in over 200 percent.
