We are a shameful nation as in as much as public utterances and decencies go. The so called movers and shakers of the political world and red necks rant about irrelevant issues with garnishes of insults. Publicity of these “self unfounded rants” leads to incitements, libellous and disenfranchisements within the society. The publisher puts their organisation at risk of being sued to the extent of its offices being closed down if the fines are not settled. So the onus is on them to edit carefully retorts before publication. Technically you have made commentators columnists for you paper as you publish their edits
The clean up would be if journalists would clean up their house and not publish deplorable self importance speeches that are overall useless and shameful and contribute nothing to the public at large. We live to see IF a media house would report decent and positive statements which will educate and impact the population as a whole.
NDC are in power we all should do well and right our civic duties under their leadership and NPP and Other parties should exhibit exemplary public discharge of duties and characters well above the average “joe”
Disgracefully whilst the male genders are busy playing the low buffooneries with non prominent person calling for calm or warning against altercations, the women are praying for freedom from election strife and preservation of life, a very common sense approach.
