  ARE THEY GOING TO BE OLD POLYTECHNICAL INSTRUCTORS WITH CITY GUILDS AND DIPLOMA CERIFICATES.
  
  WHAT IS A PITY IS, HAVE THE THREE PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES BEEN AT THE HEIGHT TO PROPEL ECONOMIC GROWTH AND TO ALLEVIATE EXTREME POVERTY IN GHANA.
  
  WERE THOSE WHO WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR TURNING VOCATIONAL AND POLYTECHNIC INTO TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES AWARE THAT, VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL SCHOOLS ARE THE BACKBONE FOR PRODUCING QUALITY SKILLED WORKFORCE(ARTISANS AND TECHNICIANS)TO TURN THE WHEELS OF INDUSTRIALIZATION IN THE DEVELOPED COUNTRIES.
  
  AS I HAVE SAID,PLEASE, KEEP ON DESTROYING THE LAND OF OUR BIRTH.
  
  WHO WERE THE PEOPLE WHO ADVISED THE GOVERNMENT TO UNDERTAKE SUCH A MAD ADVENTURE ON THE HIGH SEAS.
  
  COUNTRIES IN THE NORTH MOSTLY ABSORB THEIR STUDENTS FROM PROFESSIONAL VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL SCHOOLS.IN
  
  THESE VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL INSTITUTIONS COMBINE THEORY WITH PRACTICAL ORIENTATION IN ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL,CIVIL AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND FORESTRY.
  
  HAVE WE BEEN ALL THAT FAR IN THE LAST FIFTY YEARS.
  
  THE STUDENTS DO RECEIVE THEIR PRACTICALS AT FULLY FURNISHED LABORATORIES AND WORKSHOPS
  
  AND EVEN THEN AFTER SITTING AND PASSING THEIR GCE 'O' AND A LEVELS,MANY OF THESE STUNDENTS FIRST PREFER TO ENTER APPRENTICESHIP TRAININING IN THE VOCATIONAL AND TECNICAL TRADE FOR THREE YEARS BEFORE THEY DECIDE TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION TO ENTER INTO TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES OR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITIES.
  
  THE AFRICAN BLACKMAN COPIES BLINDLY WITHOUT FIRST KNOWING HOW THESE UNIVERSITIES WERE ESTABLISHED IN COUNTRIES OF THE NORTH.
