Dr K.B. Asante expressed his displeasure at politicians over their kind of campaign messages and plans for the country should they get the nod at this year’s December 7 general elections to manage the economy.
“I’m not happy about the lack of concern with issues and how we’ll improve the nation. Also worrying to hear loose talks about building more schools, roads, hospitals and other projects. That shows government has no plan; and its finances are not being utilized well,” Dr Asante stated.

Assume the police are training to be expert marksmen and during their training they accidentally shoot your mother. Should the police be held responsible? Your answer is :NO, because the police were training to protect the public, including your mother. So you would just pick up your mother & go to bury her. NONSENSE . Grow Up.

What's really going on. I don't want to say this man is wrong, but suing the police for a stray bullet which has lead to the daughters sickness is unfair . They were on duty and your child happened to be there. A stray bullet which occurs to be from a gun battle so how could you know that the stray bullet was that of the police or the arm robbers. Secondly, when you proceed to court, you will be charged of child negligence and yes, because your daughter is only 10 years and must not go to school alone. She is supposed to be taken to school by a parent of a guardian. I am not being biased here but that's the fact. The police took the girl to hospital and I believe you didn't even pay a cent of the bills and here you are, suing them. Thank God your daughter survived and it's only in Ghana that people see handicappers as a burden . Don't base on your child's situation to enrich yourself and give a testimony at church. If you were taking good care of her, she wouldn't have been at the field, let alone been stricken by the stray bullet, so what shows you will do the same when the said amount is given to you. I am a parent too and we are all at fault , and must learn not to blame others for our mistakes

IF IT SHOULD TAKE THE NATIONAL POLICE, THE GOVERNMENT LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY SIX GOOD MONTHS TO REACT IN SUCH A PITIFUL CASE, THEN WHERE IS JUSITCE?
