The founder and presidential candidate of the National Democratic Party (NDP), Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, has launched blistering attacks on President Mahama and his wealthy brother, Ibrahim Mahama, accusing them of stealing.

Some online portals recently reported that the multi-millionaire had purchased a 20-million dollar jet for his brother, President Mahama.

However speaking to traders at Kantamanto on Thursday as part of her Greater Accra campaign tour, the former First Lady questioned how the businessman got the money to buy a jet for his brother when he is unable to repay a bank loan.

“What sort of lie is this? How come your brother [Ibrahim Mahama] who was unable to pay a bank loan, managed to get 20 million dollars to buy a plane for you?. It means that while you are stealing, your brother is also stealing, your family is stealing , your friends are also stealing , ” Mrs Rawlings fired.

"So what should Ghanaians do? Let’s vote them out," she charged.

This MUST stop !! The desperation of the NPP and Nana Addo must be exposed before it gets out of hand.

Why has the NPP and Nana Addo decided to throw dust into the eyes of our innocent people of Ghana just to help them secure power and to destroy this nation.

Anyway, he is a lawyer and they claim a very good one, but if the statement attributed to him about his promise to refund in full the monies of DKM customers', is true, then I am beginning to think he may have evil intentions or he is ignorant and all those with him as well.

According to the the company's Codes, Act 1963 sections of 247, 257-258. An appointment of a liquidator shall be made by the Registrar General to oversee and facilitate the liquidation of a limited liability company in question.
Now the process;

1. The appointed liquidator shall at the assumption of duty engage the services of a valuation expect to value the assets and liabilities of the company and same to be disposed off.

2. The valuation expert will do same for the liabilities and ascertain the value thereof.

3. The liabilities of any Limited liability company is limited to the assets of the company and not the private properties of the members, which they acquired prior to the commencement of the company can not be affected.

Thus, if the proceeds that will be realized from the disposal of the assets cannot pay all the liabilities the creditors will suffer the lose thereof.

Why is Nana Addo who claims to be an astute legal luminary ask the government of Ghana to use the tax payers money of our dear country to pay for the greed of these customers of DKM and the likes???????

" Moral Hazard " this an economic term that refers to a situation where a decision of someone is another person's responsibility, thus if I made a bad decision I should be made to suffer or be responsible for that.
It breaks my heart when we fail to accept the simple truth in Ghana.

We have the laws of this country yet we want to live and act as if we don't want to apply them, especially when it doesn't favor us. Why are we still asking that the government must pay for the greedy of some people in Ghana?

What type of politics are we engaging in here? Now let's try with this small economics discussion, maybe Dr. Bawumia can help us here, since he is the acclaimed astute economist.

Some individual citizens of our dear country at their will made their own greedy decisions to invest in a Ponzy scheme with the intention of making it big within just few months and failed so woefully, why therefore should the government who never advised them nor collected their monies be responsible for the payment of the bad, selfish and greedy decisions of these customers?

Now do you know how many Microfinance companies have collapsed since 2012? These are some of the defuncts companies just to name a few; Noble dream, Royal Winners, Eden , Onward, Above All and countless others!!!

Why is the NPP trying to get involved in a very sensitive and bad situation like this or because it is convenient for them at this material moment ???

Now let's consider this term called "Moral Hazard " now as mentioned above why should someone takes a decision and an innocent person is requested to be responsible for the decision he/she has nothing to do with.

We can't encourage people for their own selfish interests after they decided to overlook the best practices and take huge sums of their monies from the commercial banks like the Barclays Bank, Stanbic Bank, Ghana Commercial Bank, Zenith Bank, NIB, SG- SSB Bank, ADB etc to these unscrupulous companies for the simple reason that they promised them unacceptable rate of interest that could make them rich overnight. In fact, this will encourage wrongdoing in our country.

How can we say these customers were ignorant? These people were able to calculate and differentiate the interest rates of the commercial banks and these Ponzy schemes. Yet we want to say they were ignorant?

In some instances, these customers traveled from distance, passed by several banks and similar Microfinance companies just to reach the offices of these companies and yet we want to say the government should be held responsible for this? Me I can't "think far oooooh"

You think those who lost their monies and investment, the likes of Noble dream and the Royal Winners are not Ghanians as well?
Don't they deserve to be compensated as well? Why do we think these people should not get their lost investment, if DKM customers deserve government sympathy?

Unscrupulous Politicians must allow us to develop our country without their treachery tricks just because they want to win power.

What will happen to those Microfinance companies who are now struggling to keep their businesses alive? Don't we think if the government should pay DKM customers' others can intentionally collapse their Microfinance companies and hope the government will go and borrow money for them instead of building schools, hospital, factories and construction of roads and others with such borrowed funds for the development of our dear country?

Come to think of this, the NPP is saying we do not have money as a country and that the economy is collapsed. Again, they complained we have borrowed too much, yet they have promised to reduce taxes and now they are promising to pay DKM customers, where are they going to get the money to pay them? or DKM and the likes gave the monies to them???? I am just asking oooh? In fact, I can't think far!!!!
If that becomes the case how does the government pay back such loans?

What type of economy is NPP going to run the country's economy with if they are proposing the NDC government pays these people? " Asem se be" I just asking.
