…The Ghana Armed Forces has denied media reports that it has assigned men to protect President John Mahama’s brother, Ibrahim Mahama.

Media reports have suggested that soldiers have been detailed to guard the President’s brother after pictures of him in the company of soldiers while on a health walk emerged on social media.

But in a statement to clarify the matter, the Armed Forces Command condemned the act and assured that the necessary action is being taking to address the issue.

“The Military High command has taken a serious exception of the bad conduct in respect of soldiers who participated in a health walk and were alleged to have been providing close protection to Mr. Ibrahim Mahama.

“The Military High Command wish to state that it has not assigned any soldier as body guard to Mr. Ibrahim Mahama. The soldiers in question were assigned as part of the security detail at the flagstaff House,” the statement signed by Director Public Affairs Colonel Aggrey-Quashie noted…..

NPP thinks Ghanaians cannot add one to one. The vehicle registration paper shows the vehicle owner is Bugri Naabu - it is registered in his name. And this is what they consider as evidence - not different from their election petition in which they wanted the Supreme Court to cancel the votes in areas Mahama had won for their emperor-without-clothes to be declared president.
One thing that surprises me about NPP is that they claim they are the elites of academics in Ghana but unfortunately, they are always showing their dumpness.
