The party has in many cases had very 'good' cases to prosecute but failed woefully to follow due procedure which calls into question what the Legal Dept is advising the Executives well enough. This issue could easily have been well handled from the onset if the party had sought legal counsel, unless of course they prefer to pursue only the propaganda aspect.
