No where in the free democratic world can an administration rocked by scandals and corruption of even half the scale of what we see today in Mahamas even hope to get even 10% of the vote. The only way for them to beef their ratings is to hype up brother tribes against each other using the principle of divide and rule mixed with hate and pre war propaganda . They will rig the elections and cause confusion and violence which will escalate into ethnic conflict evolving into civil war and freedom fight of the majority oppressed Akans . We have heard the videos and clips that confirm these dark evil intentions of Mahama friends and family. We notice today the phenomen of all supporters of this regime are united and blinded in essence by tribalism , hegemony , Islamic toxic discrimination and a blood thirsty hate of the Akans. We also notice in our neighborhoods and among our friends that the greatest opposition to NDC is coming from the independent minded who don't belong to any party yet are so disappointed, worried and devastated by the effects /prospects of a continuation of this criminal mafia govt that on their own initiative campaigning every nook and cranny to get rid of this govt so that transition will at least be peaceful. Then we witnessed a few days ago pepeni mahama award Tema to Akosombo to an Indian company that hasn't even built one kilometer of railways , the significance is railways revenue is 95% freight or haulage and passenger transport very minimal in any feasibility projections , by awarding this contract to Indians he has sealed the fate of Accra ever enjoying and underground , light rail or tram system. The Indian company was the same that built Flagstaff house and it was because the corruption that Atta mills refused to move there but lo and behold Mahama after Murdering his boss quickly moved into that edifice because the Indian bribed him more . Is it a fact that the 500,000 cedis is now in a bank account that belongs to Bugri and can be used as evidence?

If it is in a bank, do you think Bugri Naabu or the NPP will stupidly part with good 500,000 cedis just to smear the name of the president? This amount is the equivalent of nearly 100,000 pound sterling!

Also, are the cars in Bugri's possession that can be used as evidence?

Looking at the cost of the vehicles in question, again, who will part with such expensive cars just to smear the name of the president and his brother?

Lets think deep, analyse the whole situation well and evaluate the authenticity of the allegation.

If the NPP is broke as it is being trumpeted by other parties, why would they fabricate the story involving such huge sums of money? What if they are sued and ask to present evidence of the bribery? Don't forget that if the evidences are presented, they shall all be confiscated by the state!
If the NPP are prepared to go to such lengths by investing in a 'cock and bull' story, Wont it be better for them to invest all the monies in their campaign to enhance their chances of winning the elections?
A cock and bull story? I don't think so!

I would disregard it if and only if:-
There is no proof of the money in Bugri's accounts,
No proof of the vehicles, who was involved in its purchase and delivery
And no proof that indeed the vehicles do exist and are in the possession of Bugri.

Let us all calm down and analyse the whole allegation and arrive at a sensible conclusion.

Bugri Naabu had alleged elsewhere that neither the President nor his brother can bribe him. Mind you: he said in effect that he -Bugri Naabu- cannot be bribed. Now if he is beyond reproach and morally upright, then it means that he didn't accept the bribe. Now if he didn't accept the bribe, then he could not have deposited any money his bank account. Therefore, if there's such money in his back account, then there's no evidence. He claimed to have bought his first care when the President was in Secondary school, therefore the President cannot bribe him with a car. Question to ask is: if the document allegedly produced/flashed by Hamidu was genuine, and Bugri is claiming that he cannot be bribed, has he returned the car to whoever gave it to him? Because, accepting and keeping these pieces of evidence make him just as guilty as the giver. Therefore, on a whole, this is indeed and cock and bull story. No one will bother to sue anyone for the truth. This is election month; just six days away. No one has the time for this diversionary tactic. Bugri and the Mahamahs are like first cousins. If anything at all and if the NDC had wanted to bribe Bugri Naabu, they would have use his brother who is an NDC MP.

It is the NPP who will have to prove in court if it ever gets to court that indeed their regional chairman was bribed. This will be very difficult to do since no records have been filed with the police at all. Now we all know that giving and receiving bribe is a crime in our law books as such will this man take the risk of being jailed as well? This is not going anywhere and if I were in the accused position I will not even respond to this unless it has been reported to the police and they call me to interview me. Useless case if you ask me.
