Why couldn't they just count and provide numbers to the EC for today's voters, this whole thing is getting stupid by the hour. In countries where early voting is done, ballots are counting as they happen or if done by paper they are counted and results sent to EC at the end of the voting day. If by paper ballots each day starts with an empty box. This whole exercise is doomed right from the beginning. Understood this mess was not anticipated but this is just common sense decision, it is not rocket science. So is this ballot vigil being held all over the country? Is this Nigerian woman put into such an important position trying to start a war in Ghana or what? Charlotte be careful oh!

The EC or her boss, Charlotte Kesson-Smith Osei did not and I repeat, did not dictate that ruling, but the constitution did. Now, under the constitution, it is instructed that the special voting exercise should commence a week or two before the actual election date and the ballot boxes kept at a safe avenue until the whole or the general voting exercise is over. Why did the constitution dictate so? Well, so as the special voting exercise, which is always done before the general election would not have anyway influence the outcome of the whole franchise, it's that simple. Lean your constitution and stop the blame and finger-pointing game.

They hardly understand and struggle to come to terms with common sense.
The rules of the electoral processes is that by the end of voting at every polling station, every party agent knows the total voters on his or her polling station, the numbers of voters who casted their vote. Any other huge or small number above this common sense rules will lead to deceleration of over voting so why this useless vigil? Why human beens are acting like animals? I just can't think far and the madness of this. This simple sum up to the fact that leaders of this parties don't understand our electoral processes that is why a whole layers, professors, emeritus they claim to be comes down to the level that they only king for them is Antoa, and idiot Owusu bempah.
