The EC is solely and completely responsible for the issue of missing names on the special voting list which is a deliberate ploy and scheme designed to rig the elections.
In Bolga for example, it was revealed one of the opposition party candidate or official got the list, was actually provided the list by the EC the night before the exercise began.
The numbers on the list kept bloating and rising like bread in the oven-cooking.
It is not for anything that the process of compiling the various lists have cut-off days, prior to the elections to address some of these problems.
But with a rigging scheme being pushed by the EC, Mahama, the NDC and some stakeholders who are supposed to be on the special list, the rigging act is now suffering difficulties by the vigilance of Ghanaians who have vowed not to allow that irresponsibility to be perpetuated in this country.
The EC and Mahama and his surrogates rigging act have been exposed. The plan to use the district EC offices to barrel it through was seen from a mile off.
Charlotte Osei is bent on rigging the election at all cost for failed Mahama and at all cost she must be stopped in her tracks. No more stealing of the national purse and the mandate of the masses to continue with outright nonsense-ness in the governance and development of this country.

This wise saying is a transferable and reworded question to the Electoral Commission of Ghana thus: If l wished for Special Voting and my name does not appear, do l have to lose my right to vote at my original polling station, abi?
