  Dear journalist, do your homework before writing an article. Gold prices have been long for several years now and Ghana is not the only country producing gold. Either we produce more competitive or we produce less. I think profits of gold mining are not equally distributed. But that has nothing to do with putting workers on short term contract leads to enormous profits. When markets are unsure and volatile every good manager will try to put workers on short term contracts, when prices are higher and stable every manager likes to secure workers and pay more at longer contract. So Mr journalist either you don't understand business or you intentionally try to damage the image of foreign mining companies
