  The banks declare huge profits from year to year yet so l find it difficult to understand them. They pay their staff very well and their bosses exceptionally well too. They have several near interest free loans to their staff. They should be able to reduce interest rates by been careful with who they give loans to to lower the repayment risks and hence write offs of bad debts
