This should alert the security to police and protect the public votes so the will of the people is not subverted,if they can't not change then they should help the people to decide fairly who should lead them.Ndc has all this worked out with the EC,it's delibrate,NDC and Mahama thinks they re smart we re suffering,we re hungry and the president is talking about infrastructure,apart from accommodation Ghana has provided the president does the eat?governace is a comprehensive process the economy and infrastructure so you can't pict that one infrastructure because it's done with specific loans,the real governace is the management of the economy in general,everything is collapsing all sectors re collapsing,corruption everywhere,they realize they ll lose this elections that's why all this is happening to the security personnel across the country.

The is blamable, It is Incompetent. The EC as the mandated authority for the election, is expected to take all initiative in terms of the guidelines including the format (indicating, the required info) for for submission of the names from the Security Svcs. Also making it clear that it is early voting as such each voter must vote at the registered or mother constituency so that they can elect their choice MPs. So both the mother register and the so called specially compiled list by the EC should be used for the early voting.Period
