The writer of this story if he's a qualified journalist should bury his face in shame for his lack of understanding of discipline regime in the military. The military discipline is not like you have in Boy Scout or Fire Service so please educate yourself about things you don't know much about. That its only under a coup as in Rawlings era would a junior officer stand in defiance of his senior's instructions or order. If your lazy and unresearched military story were true; the said officers will not only be sacked but will also face the military tribunal for defying superior officers order and, will spend time in the military garrission guardrooms for weeks before final discharge from the military.

Have they forgotten their oath, they are to defend the country by land, air and sea even at the peril of their lives. The 'difference' between the actual legal votes cast and the expected number of voters on the register will then be made up with the illegal thump-printed ballots in favour of the NDC, all part of the rigging mechanisms planned!
