Please be decorous. The worest performing MP is not a fair assessment. Some of them at the bottom. are ministers of state and hardly have time to attend parliamentary proceedings. Those performing MPs are not ministers and some of them are leaders in parliament. I strongly appose appointment of 40% ministers from parliament. If ministers are selected outside parliament, both government and parliament would become effective. The clause in the constitution need to be looked at again to reduce the tendency to struggle for parliament and ministerial appointment. Since 1992, some technocrats and experts are far better than ministers of state but they do not have the chance to serve in government. Let us avoid politics of insults. Our young ones are learning from us.
