Samira Bawumia political stage in insulting President Mahama is UN-ISLAMIC and out of place in Northern CULTUREs for a WOMAN towards elders. This has infuriated a lot of well meaning Islamic faithful and northerners, and turning counterproductive to the NPP. The prove of this is the visibly huge crowed that met Prez Mahama in Tamale for the first time in this campaign season. While NPP is enjoying the rhetoric of Samira Bawumia, it has done it a huge irreparable damage in true Islamic and northern context. The NPP must pray it does not pay heavily for this political mistake.

ROAD NETWORK:
Road network at the end of 2000 stood at 37,321 km. The NPP increased it to 68,134 km. As at last year, it stood at 71,063.

The NPP thus added 30,813 km. The NDC as at the end of 2015 had added just 3000 km. source: ghana highways authority.

The NPP did all these with lower taxes and fewer loans without oil revenue. NPP left Ghana's debt at 9 billion cedis and that includes all debt from the days of Nkrumah. NDC has moved the debt in just 8 years from 9 billion to 110 billion in 8 years.

NPP ruled with a total revenue of just 20 billion, NDC with 240 billion cedis.
Total projects completed by NDC in 8yrs. is less than 37 billion dollars by the green book but have borrowed over 100 billion dollars excluding tax revenue and oil money.
I think our country deserved better leaders to utilise our scarce resources effectively and stop unnecessary borrowing.

If my Biblical memories are not fading, I think the Bible says that we cannot serve 2 Masters. Therefore, we are either for God or Satan.

So, wouldn't it be a house fighting against itself when the leader, Akufo-Addo, flies over to Jerusalem, Israel to pray at the Wailing Wall, ostensibly, for God to help him in his life endeavors, including winning the Presidency, as well as for his chance to access Heaven after his life on Earth expires, while his close followers are counting on Antoa Nyamaa and other idol deities for support, more or less? Obviously, to invoke a deity's curse, one has to be a believer in it. Right?

Why hasn't Akufo-Addo admonished his followers to refrain from depending upon Antoa Nyamaa and worship as he does to consolidate their forces for his win?

I am offering this angle of argument for discussion. Meanwhile, I and many others, believe our Traditional worship is not all Satanic. I have empathy for those who believe in the form of our Traditional religion that puts God above all other deities, even though they may not follow the Christian orthodoxy in worshiping. What I don't know is whether those of this last group of Traditional Religion believers invoke the Akonodis and Antoa Nyamaas, too.

I think I would rather hold on to one master, God, to serve. I can hardly keep up with that service for only one, why would I add another?
