Is Charlotte Osei telling us that she did not make provision for all the election officers on the special voters register she claimed she had prepared successfully? If there are 148,000 election officers and 64,000 security personnel, then we still have over 80,000 voters who missed the special voters list! So can Charlotte explain why there was the need to extend the special voting for the 34,000 some of whom could not find their names not only during the first polling day but also even during the extended voting, when more than double that number had not even been catered for to vote?
We pray that she finds no more excuse to extend Wednesday's voting into another day, because she has shown the world that she does not know what she is doing!
