Dr Mahamadu Bawumia has envisaged that the will of Ghanaian voters will speak for the victory of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at the close of polls today.
Speaking exclusively to ultimatefmonline.com after voting on Wednesday at the Kperiga JHS Polling station B, he was optimistic the NPP will emerge victorious but failed to make predictions as to the percentage of win.
“The will of Ghanaian voters is supreme and I am confident they will vote for the NPP so that we will carry the day. When this happens, I shall be among the team of Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo to liberate the country from its current economic mess riddled with corruption and collapse of businesses”, he stated.
While observing that the NPP stands a chance of winning the polls, he urged all supporters to turn out in their numbers and vote for a party that will not only transform individuals but the nation as a whole.
He is billed to return to Accra later today where he will be stationed at the party’s national collation centre in order to monitor proceedings.
