SECURITY ALERT: BALLOT BOX SNATCHING AND STUFFING IN THE OFFING
Why are there no security personnel at some polling stations across the country. Is it a ploy to snatch and stuff ballot boxes of such polling stations?
So apparently the guy was arrested thumb printing for the NPP presidential or parliamentary candidate and was allowed to escape. This proves he was an NDC plant, otherwise he would still be in police custody

the NDC chairman for the constituency said they had a tip off that an NPP member was thump printing ballots in his room and upon investigation, they caught him but he was able to escape arrest.
