THE TRUE RESULTS ARE FROM THE POLLING STATIONS
I want to advise the leadership of the NPP to develop cool heads and not to be tempted to play to the gallery. They must close their ranks and to appreciate we have gotten to the point where brain power is required most than emotions.
They can allow the party followings to be emotional and to task some of the leaders to regularly interact with the grassroots while the hard thinkers lock up themselves and be looking at all the available options. There must be proactiveness at this critical point. The brain must win now and I want to join them but I don’t know how to do it. I will be at their Abeka office to seek assistance on how to get in touch with the leadership.
I don’t intend to engage in any long writing at this point; I am holding tightly my arsenals which I will deploy as at when the EC comes out. In view of this I want to draw their attention to the following matters because they are loop holes those who are against our victory will like to use.
1.The party should begin to collaborate with some of the minor parties who contested the elections alongside with the NPP. They may seek their complicity in some areas I don’t want to mention here.
2.The EC and the NDC want to create a window by way of over voting to annul the results of areas NPP won to enable them dip our numbers. And it is likely to be targeting constituencies the party won massively.
3.Attempts will be made to forge the signatures of our polling agents in those areas the NPP won and in doing this they will come out with alternative signed results with the numbers amended to say that is the true results as declared. Whiles they delay to announce the result as declared at the polling stations, this is one of the things they will consider. I am seriously reviewing this option and others because I have worked in the bank several years and I know the things that happen with forged signature of clients.
4.The NPP need to review the yardstick or standard for saying there is over voting in election.
5.There must always be an audit trail of every summation from the polling stations to the national. Any summed figure should be broken down into the primary source by way of reconciliation for confirmation.
Like I have mentioned earlier the party need to be proactive and to draw the attention of the international community because Ghana is not an island. Any group of people who desire to subvert the will of the people and create unstable country must be dealt with by the appropriate international organization.

This was an article I prepared earlier but for the admission of my daughter I could not put it out. Read on please:
ALL NPP WORKERS SHOULD REMAIN RESOLUTE AND VIGILANT
I wish to encourage all the workers of the party to remain resolute and vigilant as we draw closer to the elections. The NDC know very well the only way to steal in the elections is to distract our attentions so ploys will be designed to do that. We should keep our eyes on the ball in the elections and never should we lose concentration. The Constitution provides for the presence of the candidate or his/her representative aside the polling agent so at every polling station the party should have two people. It is important to assign jobs for these two people at the station. The security people should not allow party persons apart from these two from each party to be within the perimeter of the polling station.
Sympathizers and followers of the party can observe proceedings outside the perimeter so I don’t share the view of those who say voters should go home and come when poll has closed and counting is to be done. The presence alone can discourage miscreants from engaging in irresponsible activities. We should be able to take pictures of developments which are not acceptable from our locations because the courts believe in evidence. The security people should not allow vehicles to be parked within the perimeter or very close to the perimeter to facilitate the work of those who want to take ballot boxes away. By not advising on lawlessness, vehicles which are used in perpetuating illegal activities should be smashed and impounded if possible.
It is my belief that if all of us will conduct ourselves responsibly without the intention to cheat the elections will come out incident free. For that matter the security services should not allow anybody with bad intentions and should exhibit impartiality in their work. With this attitude the public will have confidence in them and they will be the toast of the citizens.
Our agents have the right to challenge any action which is not agreed upon between the EC and the parties as well as the provisions in the law. We shall not remain dumb for anything to be imposed on the party and the agents at the various stations should be able to contact dedicated lines of the party to receive further directives if they are confronted with overwhelming situations in their work. They should always have at the back of their minds the strategy is to distract their attentions so the candidate’s rep should be doing most of the dirty work at the station if the party leadership will agree with me so the polling agent will focus on the voting process.
The NDC is seeking to maximize their votes in the Volta Region where they still insist is their stronghold in spite of the shake up there. Reps of the NPP need to be extra vigilant and I advise we should all support them in prayers and deeds. There should be a special plan mapped out for this region as quickly as possible. In doing this I want to appeal to my people in that there are many of us who are sons and daughters of the region living in other parts of the country who belong to the NPP and they should support us with their votes to enable us influence the new government to be formed by the NPP to bring them jobs which the youth desire very much. They should expose all those foreigners from Togo who come to vote and I will advise that copies of the list of those on the Togolese register are distributed to our agents at the polling stations to mount legal challenge which will enable these people be arrested and prosecuted.
This year’s special voting is not the first in the annals of our country’s election but the EC under the leadership of Charlotte Osei could not pass the test. Nothing will convince me that they have failed. The semantics cannot exonerate them. We have become people who appreciate excuses in our failures and are very loud with little success. This country cannot make bigger strides with this conduct. We need achievers to handle national responsibilities and not people like the lady chair of the EC. The truth is that the lady was appointed for only one job; to assist the NDC to rig the elections.
How did the EC come out with the regional breakdown? Any reasonable person will think the breakdowns was arrived at by the count of the names arrived at. The EC is the same as the NDC, always putting numbers on paper about jobs created when there is nothing like that on the ground. Birds of the same feathers flock together, they say. Anytime officials of the EC are asked about their readiness, they say they are ready. What we have witnessed shows the work of people who are ready. It would have been total mess if they were not ready.
What the NDC has done is the exchange of better living conditions with unintegrated infrastructure which has no positive impact on the peoples’ life except them, family members and friends. Is this the reason John Mahama was elected to lead the country? It is all about suffering especially on the poor and those who are not employed; high electricity bills, high cost of education and accommodation and several others. To them the increase in the membership of the NHIS is a sign of success. They don’t believe that it is due to increase in poverty levels and the NHIS has become the only means of getting health care. It is the same as LEAP which we are told has registered increase in the numbers. Any truthful analysis should interrogate the reason the numbers are increasing and not take the increase on the surface.
What infrastructure does in any economy is to facilitate economic activities. How can these infrastructures facilitate economic activities when interest rates and exchange rates are high? What will the infrastructure facilitate when businesses are folding up and purchasing power have reduced as a result of increasing inflation fueled by these things and high and multiple taxes. Under this situation the economy cannot grow; no wonder the country is recording low economic growth in the face of massive Government expenditure.
John Mahama’s commitment to the nation is doubtful since he just want the next four years to clean the rots he has led in creating and to amass more wealth from the newly found oil and gas deposit. A vote for him is a vote for more incompetence and corruption. He knows he will not come to the people for their votes again so there is no commitment. Usually any president expecting to seek the people’s mandate will create better living conditions in his first term and the second term is usually bad. The incompetence of President Mahama has exposed him on this front.
There can be only one reason Zoom Lion was not crippled as the others. The challenge of maintaining good sanitation in the country has been very huge and those of the NDC people who were calling for the sabotage cannot do it instead. The late Prof Mills was principled by the word and for him the country’s well being was paramount. John Mahama is a gulf away from the former President. The current President is petty and sectional in his decisions otherwise how can he free the Montie 3 and also take a car bribe from a foreigner?
