The claims of congratulations are palpably false! Dr. Nduom and Dr.Edward Mahama have both denied any such action. Is Ghanaweb now depending on unverified social media sources? What's the purpose?
The EC chairperson is the only one with the constitutional mandate to declare authoritative winner of yesterday's election in Ghana. Anyone who claims victory ahead of the EC must be stupid and irresponsible.
