The Constitution Must be Reviewed to Allow Parliament to Appoint a NEW EC with two Thirds Parliamentary Majority Vote. The President Must NEVER be Allowed to appoint the EC.
Kufuor appointed the CJ and yet President Mills and Mahama lived through her time in office.
