In my opinion, Mrs Osei had every intention of declaring Mahama President. No EC has ever held unto results until the last minute like she did. She had the results all along. However, either she was afraid to release them or she was trying to massage them. When she realized all the media houses had beaten her to it, she was waiting for her master's permission to release them. She would still be holding unto it, if Mahama had not been forced by the international community to concede.
With not a single official result from EC, upon what bases did the President concede? Charlotte Osei must resign.

Notorious NDC couldnot have their way to dump their fake printed ballot papers in the ballot boxes. We thank God that NPP outsmart the thieves this time. If Charlotte had her own way as NDC planned, she would have stolen the election for John Mahama and his notorious NDC party.

Don't give credit to Mahama for conceding or the EC. Credit goes to Ghanaians and Akuffo-Addo. Mahama's 9% lost made it impossible for both the EC and Mahama to cook the books.

Kwaku Baako has spoken well and I fully agree with him. I am a full blooded, born and kenkeyed in Accra full, NPP card bearing member, I believed the EC Chair's pronouncements. The measures she had put in place at the polling stations made it impossible to rig this election and she said it two months before the D-day. People were not listening or reading what she put out there. Hackers (we all know them to be the Chinese IT experts)imported into the country by NDC tried to hack into the system and when she found out, what did she do? She put it in the public domain and shut it down, resorting to manual operations, hence the delay. She could have looked elsewhere and allow the hackers to have their way but she didn't. Her only mistake was her not releasing the acquired results bit by bit to allay people's fears. Lets not forget this was her first time too. In my books, she scored 90% so leave her alone.

The EC was simply closely watched such that they could not do much about the results. Even till the last hour, they were still exploring ways to rig. But what God had ordained woman cannot change.

It would take the entire 7 member board, permanent and non-permanent staff to rig the elections. Again, she mentioned that within 72 hours The Presidential results would be declared which she did. Some Ghanaians showed how low they could bring down supposedly good and beautiful projects. Those who were rushing to have the results 5 hours after the polls and those saying there was a motive to rig the elections must be ashamed of themselves. They didn't contribute to the success but rather took some shine from the beauty of the elections. God bless our homeland Ghana.
